During the repair process, one of our skilled engineers will check whether your device is still under warranty and whether the damage or defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, you will receive an estimate within 48 hours. You can accept this estimate online and pay or refuse.
Payment for the repair is made entirely online. If you refuse the estimate and request the return of your defective appliance, you will be charged €50.85, including VAT, for examination, handling and shipping costs. You can also choose not to have your device repaired and request its return. In this case we will not charge you and we will recycle the device. If you do not respond to the quote, you indicate that you do not wish to have your device repaired or returned. In this case, we will not charge you and we will recycle the device.
Please provide us with proof of purchase if possible, otherwise we will consider the date of manufacture to be the start of the guarantee period.
